Thank you for using the heart u back site. Merchandise is accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 21 days. Items must always be returned with their original packaging and packaging slip. All merchandise must be returned with the original sales receipt. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Returns
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged or engraved. A refund will be made or a credit issued only in the case of a manufacturing defect. Every effort is made to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. In a rare circumstance that you receive your product with an initial factory defect, customer service must be contacted within 5 days of receipt of the product.
Report any damages or losses in transit immediately to the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit.
Payment and Credit Information
Heart u back must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Upon approval of your credit card, heart u back will send you an email receipt confirming your order. This receipt should be kept for your records. In some instances when items are not in stock heart u back will not be able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and you will be contacted by e-mail. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
Cancellations
You must contact us immediately for any cancellations. If your purchase has already been shipped you must follow the exchange process.
